Foodeys supplies imported foods, international brands, nuts, beverages, ingredients, and packaging products throughout Ontario and Quebec.

4. Orders, Quotes and Payments

Orders are considered confirmed only after reviewed and accepted by Foodeys. Quotes provided through our contact form or email are estimates until finalized. We may accept or decline any order, correct pricing or description errors, and request additional information. Payment terms for wholesale accounts are provided separately.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Foodeys provides delivery services throughout Ontario and Quebec, including Ottawa, Montreal, and surrounding areas. Delivery times may vary based on availability, order size, and logistics. Foodeys is not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or external factors.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because we supply food products, returns are handled case by case. Returns may be accepted for damaged goods, incorrect items, or packaging issues. Refunds or replacements are issued at Foodeys’ discretion. Items must remain in original condition unless otherwise approved.

Foodeys is not liable for product misuse, losses due to delays, reliance on website content, or indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
